Beyond the Photos

In addition to your Photography Package, each Membership INCLUDES:

• Access to our Private Content Library. Full of Hundreds of Pictures ONLY available to our insiders. Download as many as you want and use them however you want. All for FREE.

• Cellphone Photography instruction to help you take even better photos when we are not with you.

• Editing of 5 of YOUR OWN phone photos EACH MONTH. Yup, just email me images you've taken on your phone that you want to be edited - I'll edit them and send them right back to you!

1. Can I book my photoshoot for 2022?

   Yes! You can book your shoot for any time before 12-31-2022

2. I am not sure about my schedule that far out... can I change my date later?

   Yep. You can change your date (1) time before your shoot.

3. Do I have to pay for the shoot now?

   Not if you’re buying the Branding Packages or Membership. You have an option of paying the non-refundable retainer at the time of booking.

4. What’s the difference between a regular photographer and a branding photographer?

   There are a million photographers that can take a pretty picture. A branding photoshoot is focused on telling a brands story. It helps you build connection with your audience before you even meet IRL. We also focus on shooting for web use, leave negative space for marketing purposes, and can even prep your images for social media use.

5. Are there extra costs above the package cost?

   Our packages are all inclusive. There are no session fees, images are included (number depending on your package), and we are not going to try to upsell you anything.

6. Can I edit my images?

   Absolutely! Your brand is YOUR BRAND. If you want to put a filter over your images, crop them, layer words over them, be our guest (Disney Pun intended).

7. Do I need to post an image credit every time I use the images?

   Nope! The whole goal here is for us to help grow your business. Not the other way around. You are in no way required to give an image credit or include a link when using your pictures. If you love your images so much you want to shout my name from the mountain tops that’s cool too.

8. What if I am not photogenic?

   I don’t photograph models… almost everyone is a little uncomfortable in front of the camera (at first). Between the time we spend planning before the shoot and how much fun we have on set, I can promise you will look like a pro. We know all the tricks to flatter you with light and angles.

9. Will you Photoshop me?

   We edit all images for color and to match the style your brand is going for. As for physical alterations, we will remove temporary markings (like acne or a bruise),but we will not change the way you look. If you have something your uncomfortable about please let us know before the shoot (100% JUDGEMENT FREE). We can accentuate the things you like and pull focus away from the others with light and angles.

10. How long will it take to get the pictures?

    We understand that you’ll be excited to get your pictures, so we’ll deliver these to you within 5 business days following the shoot.

11. Where do we do the photoshoot?

    We have lots of options for you. We are more than happy to go to your place of business, but if that doesn’t work, we have several studios we use. We can also go to most any public space or rent hourly locations.

12. What License or Rights Do I Have to the Images?

    This is super important. All of our branding sessions come with a Commercial Usage License without quantity limitations.

13. Do I have to pay for hair and makeup?

    A hair and makeup artist is included as an add on for our first 10 branding photoshoots. After that it is an add on of $250. If you want to do it yourself, we are happy to connect you with some of our recommended artists.

14. Can I make payments?

    We understand that you need this. That’s why we’re convinced that as long as you’ve paid the retainer fee. We can create a custom payment plan for you where it makes sense. The only stipulation is that you’re paid in full at the time of your shoot. Another option would be to check out our Bridgetown Insiders Club to save on the overall cost of the photoshoot and break it into smaller monthly payments.

15. Can we get detail/actions shots?

    Of course! During our planning call, we will go over the types of images you are looking for and put them on our shoot list to make sure we don’t miss anything.

    You bet. Just let me know what your looking for and we will work something out.
